Marca esta entrada y pulsa en fix checked:

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{DA886A58-42AB-4FD5-A89A-CA74495C9797}: NameServer = 195.95.218.3,85.255.112.5

Elimina los tres ejecutables que te detecta como infectados.
