Elimina la carpeta C:\qoobox

Subí estos archivos :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wnstsisv32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\perfc00A.dat
C:\WINDOWS\system32\perfh00A.dat

a VirusTotal y lo hacés examinar, luego nos pegás los reportes que te envíe la página.

haz clic con el botón derecho sobre los archivos :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\3655.bat
C:\WINDOWS\system32\n.bat
-> "abrir con" -> "bloc de notas"

y pegas en tu proxima mensaje su contenidos
