Debes haberte infectado por un virus que usa tu ordenador para enviar spam. Tu ordenador es lo que se conoce como "zombie".

Debes visitar http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com, instalar el Service Pack 2 y el resto de actualizaciones, repite el proceso hasta que no muestre más actualizaciones para instalar.

¿El norton no identifica el proceso que envia el spam?

¿Tienes instalado esto?

Debes desinstalar el Ares ya que instala Adware.

Las unicas entradas que no deberían estar ahí son, puedes marcarlas sin problemas y pulsar en fix checked:
