tambien quisisera que me ayudaras con otro problema que tengo creo es un virus u otro adware por que desde hace como 3 mi maquina se queda trabada cada que intento conectame a internet la verdad no se por que lo hace y no he detectado nada con los antiviruz que tengo y como no me puedo conectar no puedo utilizar ningun antivirus en linea ojala me puedas ayudar.
