Hola Reitxelle:

Yo recuerdo hace muchos meses quizas un año tuve un problema del mismo tipo pero se daba solo en la pag de Hotmail, pero la pagina en si sí cargaba, el problema era al tratar de loguearme, osea al poner el email y el pass, sucedia lo mismo que ahora que no quiere cargar. En ese entonces un amigo me bajó el Ad-Aware y otro programa que no recuerdo que buscaba Reg Keys (creo son esos h_local del regedit) y tambien me elimino algunos programas residentes en memoria (ctrl+alt+del y Procesos). Con eso se solucionó el problema que solo ocurria en Hotmail.

Ahora, sobre los antiviruses que me has recomendado.
El Ewido no se por que no quiere cargar, osea carga la pagina, acepto el instalar el software en la ventana que sale pero no corre online.

Con el Kaspersky luego de 4 horas y media me dio esto:
