Hola:
Seguí todos los pasos que me diste y algo he avanzado, el firewall me detecta y detiene la conexión que trata de hacer el virus
vamos avanzando. pero los síntomas antes mencionados siguen igual. al inicial windows simpre me dice que está actualizando la configuración, los iconos vuelven a donde estaban, la barra de programas sigue grande, me pide conexión a internet al terminar de cargar windows, etc.
Esto me arrojó el Sygate firewall con respecto a la conexión:

ultimamente un archivo rpcss.exe trata de conectarse tambien.
